Neu February artwork!

This month's front page artwork is by Philadelphia based (textile) artist, Aylor Brown.
We first met Aylor last year in Brooklyn, NY thru mutual friend, Bailey Salisbury of warp weft woof!
Aylor rules, she's talented, funny, and very good looking.
We are def big fans of her work and so very excited for the new projects she is currently working on! (we are gonna keep them secret though, but stay tuned for them by visiting her website, her tumblr, and real normal- the blog she runs with Bailey Salisbury, Carson Fisk-Vittori, and Arend deGruyter-Helfer.)
For Spring of last 2010 Aylor modeled some hui-hui clothing and accessories for us, and it ruled:

It's here! yay! Hibernation, Hui-Hui's Winter collection. Stoked, seriously only can express my happiness with this collection thru exclamations!!!!!

Online fashion/style mag Neet Magazine gave us some much loved press in their latest issue.

It's actually an article on Light Vision faves Hui-Hui (whose winter collection "Hibernation" will be available for purchase later this week!), the article showcases their Hibernation collection and credits Light Vision as their stockist, we are thankful Neet Magazine recognizes the sheer talent Hui-Hui possesses and we are also thankful that we (Light Vision) were credited as their stockist!

Outside Visions: Hui-Hui

It's hard to describe the brilliance behind German label, Hui-Hui but we try, we really do.
We were surfing the web to see what some of our designers were up to this month and we came to find out that Hui-Hui did the artwork for Belgian band BALBAARD.
The artwork looks incredible, I have yet to hear the music, but I'll listen to it based on the premise of the cover, I'm gonna judge this book/recording by its cover!






Even the CD is perf looking!

HUI-HUI's DADA Collection for Fall 2009 is here! You know how we feel about this amazing label from Germany, and if you don't well we feel like we're in love! Seriously, we love them. Just look at our delivery, look at their website, look around... they are great, nothing else to it.



Guess what else is here? Mono!! Their SHARD series for Fall lovely, we got a few pieces to make us happy, and also stay tuned for the Shadow necklace, (it will be here soon!) It's dip-dyed in indigo and is leathery melt around your neck good (so descriptive.)
